Dr Jenny Hepschke is an experienced Cataract and Glaucoma Surgeon with subspecialty expertise in Neuro-ophthalmology. She has particular proficiency in the management of complex and advanced cataracts, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), glaucoma and optic neuropathies, as well as neuro-ophthalmic (brain-vision) disorders.
Dr Hepschke completed her medical studies at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, and undertook her Doctorate (PhD) through the University of Cologne, Germany in association with the EuGenDa (European Genetics Database). She completed her ophthalmology training through the Prince of Wales Network, including providing outreach services to remote, Indigenous and underprivileged communities across Western NSW through the Outback Eye Service.

Dr Hepschke completed her ophthalmology training through the Prince of Wales Network, including outreach services across Western NSW via the Outback Eye Service.
She undertook a Neuro-ophthalmology Fellowship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in the United Kingdom, followed by a complex anterior segment, MIGS and Glaucoma fellowship at the Birmingham and Midland Eye Hospital. These fellowships provided advanced training in complex cataract surgery, glaucoma procedures and the management of neuro-ophthalmic disorders.
Dr Hepschke has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, presented at international conferences and been an invited speaker in her field. She serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Neuro-Ophthalmology.
